In April 2024, REC Advisory Group conducted a comprehensive organizational audit at a secular international school in Kumasi, Ghana, serving students from kindergarten through middle school. The visit included staff interviews, campus tours, and classroom observations to identify areas for growth and strategic development. Following the assessment, REC provided a detailed proposal outlining actionable recommendations to support the school’s pursuit of achieving elite international status in the region.
