With a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Central Connecticut State University, a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, and a Master of Science in Education focused on Urban Education from Simmons College, she embodies the transformative power of education. During her time as Chief Equity Officer for the Worcester Public School District in Massachusetts, Dr. Henry continued to lead with heart and vision, ensuring that her work impacts every student, educator, and community member she encounters.
