Who We Are
REC is a results-driven, versatile educational consulting firm with international reach into Africa and the Caribbean. With a proven track record of delivering expert mentoring services, REC offers tailored, area-specific consultation on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB practices). We facilitate collaborations with educational institutions and governmental agencies, positioning us as a connector between systems and policies that address multicultural and subgroup needs.
Leveraging mentorship as a primary vehicle, REC’s future vision is for DEIB principles to be woven into the fabric of our reality by default: to one day observe that our world is defined by naturally occurring DEIB practices, and to see our micro-responses and macro-level infrastructural definitions clearly and cogently responding to the demographics in which they serve.
Our hope is that the world's systems innately move with great awareness— in that we are collectively resourced and self-aware in viewing individuals for who they are and to serve them accordingly.
